Analysis of voting patterns at polling stations per constituency has been done to show how the people voted in those polling stations where ZESN observers were deployed. On 31 July 2013 Zimbabwe held harmonised elections for the Presidency, the National Assembly, the Senate and local authorities. ZESN deployed 7 099 observers to every province and constituency in the country on 31 July 2013, set at the ‘Election Day’. The nomination courts to receive nomination papers for the forthcoming rural district council elections were held at 57 different centres on the 20th of September 2006. The courts were supposed to have sat on the 15th of September but they were moved by the ZEC ostensibly in order to ‘give political parties adequate time to make their preparations’…. : more
